A wonderful retirement village that my Mum stays in. She gets food delivered to her room and a nurse checks on her daily. It's safe, the people are friendly and the staff professional. She loves living there and has many friends she's met. Wonderful, caring friends.

I am writing to hopefully enlighten folks out there, especially those who are battling to find a nice home for their loved ones, to not become despondent or depressed or finally to simply give up on trying to find a good Home for your loved one, but to try phoning Rosebank House (formerly Huis Lückhoff) about accommodation for your elderly, frail, and totally vulnerable loved one in your life! Just a note to extend  our sincere gratitude to you and your team for making room 78 available to Dad. The effect it had on him yesterday when we surprised him after making the room ready, was unforgettable - his sheer joy and elation at having some private space in a room with a lovely view was beautiful to see.  

Also a special mention re Mariam who has gone out of her way to help with the transition - she really was fantastic and a credit to your team. Thank you. We are blessed that Rosebank House (formerly Huis Luckhoff) has looked so good after my mom. All the staff were absolutely amazing and has gone the extra mile to make her feel comfortable and well cared for.
